STANDARD DOCUMENTS FOR ALL EVENTS

You must sign our vendor agreement, see below.

You must provide TWO Certificates of Insurance (COI), one showing Flea Holdings LLC and one Smorgasburg Projects INC as an additional insured on your insurance policy.

The best practice is to forward this information to your agent/broker and send us a COI matching the sample. When you receive your document back from your agent, review it closely. If it doesn’t match the sample, it will be rejected. Our required limits have changed from previous years. As a vendor with workers or volunteers, it is your legal responsibility to have Worker's Compensation Insurance. Please review both insurance samples and notes below. 

Note: World Trade Center and Prospect Park events have specific further insurance requirements. See Section 3 for these specific requirements.
